All products and services sold by Lyynk Labs are digital in nature. Therefore, all sales are generally final.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
- Payment was successfully made but product/service was not delivered
- Product is not functioning as described and issue is not resolved within reasonable time
3. Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical knowledge or misunderstanding of product features
- Failure to check compatibility before purchase
5. Payment Gateway Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method through the respective payment gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of services.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.
